1) If your site is not coming up, this will also prevent you from using associated email accounts. Make sure you have an internet connection by accessing other websites and hitting "refresh". If you have no internet access, contact your service provider directly and/or check you local network.

2) If you are experiencing email problems, send a test message to yourself. Note whether the problem is with sending or receiving. If using Outlook, and the account is new, double check the settings in the support document below.

3) If you are experiencing some other sort of web site problem, cut & paste any error message into the email with your support request. Simply highlight the error text, cut (ctrl-C), and paste (ctrl-V) into your support message.
